Welcome! I’ll introduce myself and give you a brief summary of what you can expect from this course. I will also be giving a lesson on what to expect in the many different facets of this industry. We'll also go over performance tips including mic technique.

We’ll go over the different kinds of equipment you'll need and what I recommend. I will also give you a tutorial on sound editing and even show you how I record and edit my auditions!

In this session we'll be discussing how and what to look for when shopping for an agent/represtation. We'll talk about auditioning online and I will even walk you through several of the sites and how to use them.

Now that your foundation is ready, let's start working on performance. I will show you how I break down a commercial script as well as a sample of video game copy. We'll also take a quick dive into accents before sending you off on your way to concouring the world of VO.
